Our black lab Cruz was family. When he asked us to let him go it was one of the hardest days of our lives. He was an awesome dog, and we're so glad he shared his life with us. MNPETS didn't take away the pain we felt, but they gave Cruz time to say goodbye to us and our other dog Lilly. The respect and dignity Melinda from MNPETS gave Cruz was genuine and so appreciated. We can't say enough good things about her! All the people we had contact with at MNPETS did a fantastic job.

Extraordinary people. So caring and compassionate. We just lost our best friend of 14 years last week and MN pets helped us through so much.
Our cat, Roxy, became ill and passed away very suddenly. MN Pets was wonderful to work with in such a difficult time. Ashley was very compassionate and caring when picking Roxy up for cremation. Thank you so much for your everything!

Yesterday was a very tough day for my family. We said our goodbye's to our beloved Mocha, who was 16 and a half. She beat all the odds, but all the while we were loving her more and more every day. We had MN Pets come to our home to lay our Mocha to rest. I have teenage children and this was so very hard on them. Our Vet helped them to understand each step . The vet was so caring, calming and made everything pain free and comforting for our little one and us. We had essential oil candles burning, calming music, and she got to be in our arms wrapped in her scooby blanket. Dr Melinda made this sad event, much easier for allof us especially our beloved Savanna. Much better for all to be in our own home instead of on some slab in a clinical setting. It was very peaceful...thank you Dr Melinda and MN Pets.
We are filled with gratitude for the kindness and compassion Dr. Melinda Crowe showed to us during her visit to our home yesterday for our dog, Bailey. Her gentle voice and explanation helped us feel more calm and peaceful during a very difficult time. We are thankful for your service and that we were able to keep Bailey at home when the time came to say goodbye.
