If anything like this can be made good, Dr. Heather made it so. This service was wonderful. We were treated so well and our cat, Yukon, was so peaceful. Our usual vet did not do euthanasia, so we called MNPETS and made an appointment. It was so wonderful to keep Yukon at home and in my arms as he departed from our family. Thank you to your staff and Dr. Heather for helping our beloved basset hound Toby make a peaceful transition. The kindness and compassion shown was so genuine and I'm thankful that Toby passed in his home and with the people and "siblings" he loved by his side.

Thank you Dr. Heather for your kindness and compassion in assisting our beloved 19 yr. old cat Oliver pass peacefully. It was a true blessing that he was able to die with dignity and grace in the surroundings he knew best. He was treated with such care, as we were. It is such a difficult time and you made it a little less painful. Thankyou, thankyou.

We wanted our beloved 14 year old Alaskan mix to pass away peacefully at home, and we could not have been happier with our experience. She was treated so kindly and with such gentleness, and her body was taken away with dignity just as she deserved. Today we received a beautifully hand written note expressing sympathy for our loss. MN pets made this very difficult situation a bit easier for us, and our hearts are at ease knowing our sweet Jenna drifted away peacefully and comfortably. Definitely recommend.

As hard as it was to say goodbye to our beloved Buddy, I can't imagine having to do that at our vets office, while they were wonderful to him for 14 years he did NOT like going there. MN Pets is such a good alternative and the staff is wonderful. Dr Crowe was so caring, kind and gentle with Buddy and with the family. He went to sleep in his favorite spot at home with his family, for that I am grateful. Thank You MN Pets.

As difficult as saying goodbye can be, the staff at MN Pets made the process as smooth as it could be. From the receptionist who answered by initial call (she was so patient with me as I was crying and couldn't get the words out to make the appointment), to Dr. Melinda Crowe (who was so patient, kind, and calm as the whole family grieved in their own way) to the person who delivered the ashes to our home (it happened to be on the day of a snowstorm , and she hand delivered the urn in such a calm and empathetic manner, even t... read more

Dr. Sue helped us say goodbye to our beloved Sam. She went above and beyond to make Sam comfortable and also supported us while struggling to say goodbye.
