I had dreaded this day for the last few years. Not only this incredibly tough decision but the long drive to the vets office with both cat and human extremely uncomfortable and highly stressed. MN Pets was recommended by our vet (Dr. Jodi coincidently) and this service allowed this difficult day to go as well as possible considering the tough circumstances. The care, compassion and professionalism Jodi showed to us and our beloved lab Tater was exceptional. Emotions run high when watching a four legged family member decline in health dramatically, and when the difficult decision is made it is comforting to have someone so caring and empathetic aid in this devastating time. We laid our baby boy Boons, 14 years+ to rest last Wednesday. Dr. Melinda was a God send! We were very emotional about making our decision, and she was very compassionate and re-assuring. Boons was very calm in her presence and his passing was very peaceful. She created a pawprint and stone with his name, which our granddaughters really appreciated also since they were not present. Amazing, caring, kind, animal lover people. Thank you for everything you do.
Our dog, Rosie, had been ill but started having severe sezures. Dr. Battjes was able to get to our house within 2 hours of our phone call. She was wonderful! We've had pets euthanized at our vet's, but it was always such a bleak experience. Having MN Pets come to our house made this a much more pleasant end of life experience for our sweet Rose!
