I can't say enough how fantastic this company was. They were supportive from the moment I called for an appointment and in the days after. Specifically, Dr. Amber was wonderful. She was kind and caring and put us at ease through the whole process. But most importantly, our dog was comfortable. There was no anxiety on his part, and no stress filled car ride. Thank you Dr. Amber for handling us and our dog with such sweet care.
I am so glad we found MNPet for Cruz, his last moments were worry free for him and it was how you would want a family member to go. We go Cruz's ashes Gand delivered yesterday and I just opened the package to find his ashes in a beautifully carved wood box. Such dignity and respect was displayed. I'm so grateful he was so loved and seriously missed.
This is an amazing organization. From my first phone call to the amazing experience I had with Dr. Yuill. This is an incredibly tough service to procure and these people have the utmost compassion and professionalism throughout the journey. May you never have the need for their services but if you do have faith these folks will help you through this.
Thank you for providing such compassionate service to my family on one of the hardest days of our lives. Bear was a part of our family for 14 years, I am so grateful he was able to pass at home with us all around him, stuffed to bursting with peanut butter bones. Our beloved 12 year old yellow lab, Sam was suffering from heart problems. We knew a drive to the Vet for his last moments on earth would be horrible since it was not his favorite place. We were so thankful for MN Pets and the service they provide. When the doctor arrived she was very patient, caring and treated Sam with the dignity that he deserved. He passed away peacefully.
