Dr. Jen was so kind and reassuring. Everything happened peacefully and gently - so good to be able to do this at home where my sweet, gentle old girl didn't feel any stress or anxiety. I can't imagine doing this any other way. I was grateful that the doctor was available on Sunday - waiting even one more day would have meant suffering for our Vida and for us.
I am sad that I/we, had to say goodbye to our 20 year old lovely cat, Mewzette. She watched my kids grow up, she moved with us, and kept me company every night. She greeted me every day when I came home from work, and was my shadow until bed time. Dr. Melinda was so so kind, when she came to our home. She was patient and so caring,and so gentle with our sweet girl . She could see my heartbreak, and understood how difficult it was to say goodbye. Thank you for your kindness and support. It was so sad to say goodbye to my sweet Sammy Anne, but Dr. Helen made it bearable. She was so understanding and she helped us know that we were doing the right thing at the right time. From my first phone contact to the end, I/we were treated with compassion and respect.
