We made the difficult yet necessary decision to end our 13 yo black lab Dillon's suffering. Right from the confirmation phone call their sensitivity & service were outstanding!! Dr. Michelle arrived , explained everything that would happen. We truly felt we made the right decision! Can't recommend this service enough!! Thank you MNpets

A truly compassionate, caring experience. Dr. Jen was so wonderful helping us say goodbye to our sweet kitty. She gave us as much time as we needed and was so loving. Not having to put our cat through the stress of going to the vet, and lettering her final moments be in her safe and comfortable home meant the world to us. I will definitely recommend MN Pets to anyone who is facing this difficult time.
Dr. Suzanne could not have been a better fit for our family when saying goodbye to our 14 year old chocolate. She was patient, comforting and said all the right things. The card she sent us a week later was so thoughtful. Feeling comfort in this type of situation is not easy and I really appreciate the lengths Dr.Suzanne went to to make sure we were ok.
They helped to make such a horrible time so much easier. Special thanks to Lisa, who could not have been more compassionate and caring for me and Dexie, in taking my call. Dr. Sarah was gentle, professional, and explained and prepared us for every step of the process. I can't thank you enough for providing this service.
Dr. Helen came to our home last Wed. (2/25) and aided with Buddy's passing. She was so compassionate and let us say our goodbyes at our own pace. Her gentle speech and genuine caring was so helpful at this difficult time. We received a loving card, handwritten text that caught the true essence of Buddy and our family. Dr Helen, your words were so "right on" and totally blew us away. Can't say enough good things about you, except "thank you" .
We were impressed with MN Pets from start to finish. Kristi on the phone was so helpful and understanding. Dr. Helen was gentle, kind, compassionate, and effective. We received a completely unexpected handwritten condolence card from her within a week, and she remembered ALL kinds of details we'd shared about out dear PuttPutt (nee Sputnik). This is a top notch organization that we recommend without any hesitation.
