Back in July, we had MN Pets come to our home to release our beautiful cat Bodhi. A day doesn't go by when I don't think about her. Dr. Melinda was phenomenal with our 17-year-old kitty and with us during the entire process. As if that wasn't meaningful enough, we received a full page hand-written letter a few days later from her, during which she referred to our other cats by their names, remembered the specifics around Bodhi's situation, and how heart-sick we were. We felt truly heard and honored.
I'd give 1,0000000000 stars if I could! Amazingly compassionate and professional care for my little buddy....

Thank you so much MN Pets for being there for us when we said goodbye to our dear Sterling last month. We look back on that day as a peaceful experience where he was able to be home surrounded by our love and the love of his 3 shetland sheepdog siblings who were able to say goodbye as well. Then, after his passing we were able to go right into our backyard and throw the frisbee in his honor on a beautiful, sunny fall day. I'm so grateful there is a company like yours in the Twin Cities. MN Pets was my salvation with my loving, faithful companion, Hannah (Jack Russell Terrier of 14 years). She suffered with cancer and a tumor in her bladder was the final breaking decision. What a peaceful way to say goodbye to our friend Chester. Dr. Melinda was soothing, compassionate and extremely respectful. For Chester and our whole family to be home in his last few moments made the goodbyes just a tiny bit easier. Thank you for offering such a beautiful way to help our friend cross the Rainbow Bridge.

Words can not begin to express how impressed we were with MN Pets. Dr. Michelle was so incredibly kind and compassionate.
