We chose to do in home euthanasia for our beloved cat Theo. He passed away from kidney failure at age 16. We were so devastated but Susan from MN Pets was so wonderful and kind that the whole process was incredibly peaceful. We are so thankful for her help and patience. MN Pets is truly a wonderful company and we couldn’t be happier with Susan’s help.

We sadly had put down our 16 year old beloved chihuahua, Kobe and decided on home euthanasia. We were devastated obviously, but Dr. Kristin was a very calming presence. She explained everything that was going to happen and as she was doing it, treated Kobe with gentle care, let us take as much time as we wanted and was invested in our grief and trying to make it as easy on us all as possible. Dr. Diane was so wonderful. My Wrigley went clamly and peacefully surrounded by those who loved her. Dr. Diane didn't rush us and was very compassionate. Best decision to do it this way.

I put my basset hound Cooper to sleep in September. It is the second time I have used Mn Pets to put a dog to sleep and I cannot say enough about how kind everyone there is, from the support staff to Dr. Amber Krahmer who came to the house. All of you are truly angels disguised as humans...

We could not have asked for a better experience in a very difficult situation. Dr. Diane was so thoughtful and compassionate with our dog Gunner during the whole process. She made the whole process so much easier. She explained the process and answered any questions we had. She allowed us all the time we needed to say goodbye. A difficult day ended with a warm and loving hug from the doctor for each of us in my family.

I had to euthanize my first pet ever in my adult life, my 19 year old Italian greyhound. This is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do but I was so glad that there is a service that can do this in your home. Not having to take our dog to a clinical setting and be an emotional mess in front of a bunch of random people meant the world to me. Dr Jessica Mumm was so graceful and helpful. This has been a very tough week. We had our little “Bear” that was part of our life and family family for 14 years put down last week because of congestive heart failure. We knew it was time to take him out of his misery but couldn’t do this in the vets hospital. The pre-planning, actual event and post follow-up took the worst family situation and made it respectful and made the experience as good as it could be. Dr. Jessica and MN Pets made us not only feel comfortable with the decision we had to make, she also talked us through all of our concerns, explained step by step everything that was happening. She was very patient and willing to go at our pace, she made sure our other dog was involved in the process. The whole experience was just wonderful for all involved. I would recommend them 100%.
