I called several times to schedule the most dreaded moment of my life, and several times cancelled my appointment the following day. The staff at MN Pets were so understanding, supportive, and empathetic. On my angel’s final day, the vet from MN Pets offered us more than we could have hoped for. MNPETS is a class act! They provided me the care and compassion needed. I have 100% confidence and highly recommend the services they provide! I had to say goodbye to my 15 year companion, Scorpio, a sweet 15 year old Dalmatian. If not for this Home service and heartfelt compassion provided by Dr Mary Lambert I am not sure how I would feel. If I could give it a negative rating, I would. What they did for my dear friend's family is not to be taken lightly. Poor customer service, plain and simple, not to mention, unconscionable. :(
Losing our cat was a very very hard day for our family but Dr Diane and everyone MN Pets made the best of a difficult situation. They were kind and thoughtful. They helped our cat be peaceful and pass away gently. I appreciated that Diane and Victoria let me tell many stories about my cat as I cried. They really seemed to care about me and her. It’s a terrible thing to need to put a pet down, but doing it at home was so peaceful and warm. I would recommend MN Pets to anyone who is facing a sad situation like mine.
Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our Shooter. I cannot recommend MnPet Loss enough. From beginning to end they were so comforting and patient. Dr. Mel was absolutely amazing. She was so compassionate, patient and kind throughout the entire time. We are grateful we had her to help our Shooter pass. This was one of the worst days of my life made even more miserable by Katie. I called on a Monday to schedule appointment for Thursday , they took the money out of my account right away, my pet died in her sleep Tuesday, I called to schedule a driver to come pick up my pets body for cremation, they never showed up, I had to call to find out that Katie never scheduled it. And now they are not refunding me my money and I drove my pet to a different clinic for cremation service! What is wrong with MN Pets. And no one answers em... read more
