The people who work at Minnesota Pets are true angels. It’s very difficult to make the decision to say goodbye to a dear pet. I wanted my teenage girls, who grew up with their dog Lucy, to be able to be with her at the end if they chose to. Having Minnesota Pets come to our home was the best decision. Thank you for the support in saying goodbye to Butters. If you are ever struggling with the decision to let a pet go, I highly recommend MNPets. The in-home service was respectful and peaceful. The Vet Dr. Melinda was wonderful. It’s a gut-wrenching decision but they made it a calm and supportive way to say goodbye.
Dr. Jessica Mumm came to our home this afternoon to help our 17 year old cat Gabbie pass on peacefully. Dr. Mumm was so professional, caring, polite, compassionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Dr. Mumm took great care by wrapping her up in a blanket, then placing her in a basket. We are so thankful for her and MN Pets. We highly, highly recommend.

MN Pets: such a wonderful and caring service! The person who took our call was so heartfelt in acknowledging our loss; and the attendant came to our home and helped my daughter make a paw impression of her dog. Very respectful and caring...a good experience on a very difficult and sad day...
We sent a gentle farewell to our best friend Newton today, the vet was very compassionate to our old chihuahua guy, and it took a very short time for him to pass. It was good to have him here at home when he died, no stress, no anxiety, just love, and loss. Bye my good good dog, my newt.
I just wanted to share my experience with MN Pets and Dr. Melinda. I made the difficult choice that lots of us have made or will make to say goodbye to a beloved pet. Mine was my 12 year old Boston Terrier, Hola. Hardest choice I have ever made. Melinda and the person I spoke with on the phone were so kind and amazing. Melinda made me feel calm and she was so genuine and thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when dealing with something so hard. A big thank you to Melinda and MN pets. You are angels.
From our initial call We were treated with compassion & kindness during that terribly emotional and heartbreaking experience 2 weeks ago. When Dr. Mel arrived at our home she was so patient & caring. We miss our beautiful Jojo more than words can express and her sister K.C. & I continue grieving but I know it’s a process & it takes time.
