My situation with MN Pets was filled with compassion, love, and kindness for both myself and my Haley. In such a horrible circumstance, it was the most peaceful process and I can't thank MN Pets enough for taking such good care of my Haley. I even received a card from the veterinarian two weeks following checking in, reminding me of our discussion about all the wonderful memories I had had with my Haley, and assuring me that I had made the right decision. Dr. Jessica came today and helped us say goodbye to love of our family's life - Tucker. She was warm and compassionate. Dr. Jessica walked us through every step and made us all feel comfortable as we held our sweet dog. This was absolutely the best situation given the circumstances -- so much gratitude for Dr. Jessica and the wonderful people on the other end of the phone. We are eternally grateful for your service.
They helped make a really rough day a little easier. Everyone I dealt with was kind and compassionate. Dr. Melinda was amazing and I thank her so much for helping me say goodbye to my Rory.
We had to put our love of our lives down after 13 years. MN pets and Dr. Mel made it a very calm and loving way to put our Ozzy to rest. It was our first dog that we ever had to put down and Dr. Mel gave us the time and watched for our signals when we were ready and explained everything what was going to happen.
