I had to let 2 of my babies go to heaven within 6 weeks of each other. I did not want want to bring them somewhere because they were very old, 12 yrs 4 months for a lab Great Dane and 11 yrs 9 months for. Great Dane, and scared to ride in the car. Dr. Mary came this morning to put my little buddy Sammy to sleep. In the toughest of circumstances (with me sobbing from the minute she arrived), she was nothing but calm and gentle to Sammy and me. Since I had to let him go, I’m so glad I chose MN Pets to make the process as painless and stress-free as possible.
We recently had to say goodbye to our boxer, Daisy. MN Pets made this experience as best as it could be for these situations. From the first phone call we made, they were so understanding and caring. Very professional and felt that they really cared about our pup. I wasn't sure if I would like having to put down our fur baby in our home but Dr. Mel made us comfortable with this difficult decision. It is never easy but it helps to have caring professionals by your side.
We had to say goodbye to our cat we’ve had for 16 years. The staff at MN Pets was such a comfort during a very difficult time. We’ve had to go through this before and this was easier on our cat and on us having them come to our home. Everyone we talked to was so caring and understanding to what we were going through. I’m glad we chose them during this difficult time.

From Elizabeth's great communication in scheduling and setting it up to Dr. Mumm's outstanding thoughtful and compassionate care, you made me confident that I made the right choice in a very difficult circumstance. I can't imagine any way that saying goodbye to a dear friend of 15 years could've been made any easier.
We lost our sweet boy, Wesley today, and it was one of the most painful and sad events in our lives. Dr Amy came over to our home and in her gentle and compassionate way, helped us through the process and Wesley was calm, peaceful and gently crossed over. The experience was truly endearing and we would definately recommend this process and this company for every family facing this tough decision. Thank you Dr. Amy!
