The staff here are nothing but amazing. My husky, Dakota, was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and through the initial phone call through the end of her life they provided nothing but the best care. They supported me in every way possible and were extremely respectful at all times. They demonstrated compassion and empathy through it all and treated Dakota as one of their own. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I used MN pets at home services, and though I’m still extremely sad about the loss of my beloved German Shepherd Cassidy, I need to give praise to this company and Dr. Diane Battjes. My dog was able to stay home and have her whole family including her fur brother and sister by her side. MN Pets made the very difficult decision to put my 11 year old pitbull to sleep very peaceful. From the week that my best friend Poncho was diagnosed with bone cancer until this morning when my appointment took place I called 3 or 4 times to consult. Their staff was kind, receptive and understanding. I can't say enough about this very valuable service. While life right now is not easy, and this will be a very difficult transition, MN Pets has helped me in innumerable ways. Thank you from the heart.
Our cat died spontaneously on a weekend. We were distraught and didn’t know what to do with his body. We filled out the form and they came very quickly and very respectfully handled our cat. We really appreciated that they were available on the weekend.
Words cannot describe the need this wonderful agency fulfills. To give dignity to our beloved furry family members in their last moments in the comfort of their homes is the most important gift they can ever receive. We were so thankful we chose to use MN Pets to help our dog Rainbow cross the rainbow bridge. What a difficult job these vets have, we are sure thankful for the work they do. ❤️
The staff who took my phone call was amazing and patient with me talking thru tears and found the right appointment type and timing for us. Dr. Erica was incredibly kind, calm, and loving with our Emma and explained everything to us in a way we understood and made sure we were comfortable and ready each step of the process. This was one of the hardest things I've done in my life, and MN Pets made it more peaceful and loving that I had even hoped. We are truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.
We had the very hard decision of putting our fur baby to sleep the other night. She had become very sick that day and we knew she was in pain. MN pets had time open that night to come to our home, unfortunately our pup did not wait for the time set aside for us. Doctor Diane still came to our house and sat with us, she made a paw print, waited while we said our final goodbyes and took her for individual cremation. The lady on the phone was also very kind. In such a terrible situation they were a very lovely service.
