A huge thank you to MN Pets. Everyone we worked with was compassionate and understanding. It was so difficult for our family to have to say goodbye to Opie but MN Pets helped us get through it. Dr. Lindsey was wonderful and we're grateful for all she did.

When our dog let us know it was time, we were able to easily get in touch with MN Pets and they helped him cross the Rainbow Bridge peacefully and comfortably. After 14 1/2 year with my Golden Retriever who gave us nothing but love, it was comforting to do this one last thing for him in our home vs bringing him somewhere. The staff was so compassionate and caring and made an impossibly painful situation better.
Compassionate people who are helping us at one of the hardest and saddest time of our lives. When the time comes for Josie, they will be one of my first calls.
They responded quickly, courteously & very compassionately to my inquiry about their services. Then, when the time came to let our 14.5 yo furry family member go, the understanding, education & compassion were unparalleled. So much gratitude to Dr. Meredith for her sense of humor & patience, as well.
Many thanks to Dr Wise and the MN Pets team for helping my family through the passing of our much loved cat Simba. We felt fortunate when it was time to help Simba move on, MN Pets were able to send Dr Wise within hours of our call despite yesterday's snow storm. Dr. Wise explained the process and was empathetic and comforting the entire time. She was able to make a sad experience bearable for us and a comfortable, pain and stress free passing for Simba. Helped our family during a very difficult time. They were right on time so shadow didn't have to suffer any longer, and we had plenty of time to say goodbye. Thanks you for making it as easy as possible on a very hard day. I'm sorry I don't remember the dr's name. But she helped us get through it and thank you for that !
Dr Susan assisted my Goblin as he went to the Bridge. She was compassionate, gentle and respectful.
