Last evening Dr Jessica came to or home to assist our 15 1/2 year old Yorkie, Phoebe to sleep. The kisses, cuddles, and tears were many. Phoebe was peaceful through the whole process. Dr Jessica was so gentle and compassionate. We will spread the news that MN Pets is a wonderful company.
Dr. Jessica made a very difficult goodbye, about as good as it could be. She was exactly who my family needed to say goodbye to our beloved Stinky. She took her time to explain everything she did to my kids and I, and gave us the time we needed during the entire experience. I highly recommend MN Pets.
I highly recommend MN Pets! Last year on 11/11/18 we made the decision to end the suffering of our beloved dog Lily. She was 9 1/2 years young and was in extreme pain due to bone cancer. The doctor and staff treated Lily so well, walked us through each step and when it came time to take Lily out, they handled her in a caring and respectful manner. The informative emails on grieving helped my family cope with our loss. Thank you for being there with us and Lily!!
Dr. Jessica was amazing with our sweet golden Oakley. The whole process was so comforting and informative. We were never rushed. We will always cherish the sweet paw print and gift we received in Oakley's memory. We highly recommend MN Pets!
Two days ago we had to say goodbye to our cat who we had since she was a kitten. Needless to say, it was incredibly hard. We wanted her final moments to be here at home on our deck, which was our cat's favorite spot. We were so grateful for MN Pets and especially Dr. Kristin W. I highly recommend everything about MN Pets. The support staff was amazing, they were patient while I talked through my tears telling the story of Super Mario. Dr Mari was the best thing that we could have hoped for. She was so sweet, loving and caring with him and helped walk us through the whole process. She asked about him, his life and assured us that we were making the right decision for Super Mario. Thank you again for everything!
