They were everything we needed. Patient. Kind. Understanding. Thoughtful. Calming. Reassuring. Worth every penny. The handwritten letter we got a week later was both moving and comforting. It was obviously written with sincerity. I can't recommend them enough.
Thank you 💔 Dr Mari from MNpets for coming to our home. It was perfect under his favorite apple tree - We set up a tent with two sides where we had hay bales to sit on. Dr. Kristin was amazing yesterday. I had to put my old boy down which was my worst nightmare. I’ve had him since I went off to school and he was there in every step of building the life we have. Fifteen years later, a husband and two kids, he loved and taught us so much and I didn’t know how to say goodbye. She made this experience more positive than I could ever imagine. My cat Seamus always found going to the vet very stressful. When it became clear that he would not recover from his illness, it was a tremendous blessing to be able to end his suffering at home. Dr. Jessica Mumm was very empathetic and patient, and explained the process thoroughly so that I understood what to expect. When I was ready, Seamus slipped away peacefully in my arms. I cannot recommend @MNpets more highly for their care and kindness.
When faced with this very difficult decision, the staff at MN Pets was amazing! They were understanding, compassionate and caring. from making the appt to Dr. Kristin and her obvious love of animals, they all made this very bad day go as well as I could have asked for! When our diabetic 13.5 yr old Jack Russell terrier was diagnosed with a large bladder stone stuck in his urethra and another waiting to cause a blockage, we knew it was time. He was in pain. Dr. Erica and Jillian were so warm and caring. Dr. Erica made sure that our dog was comfortable and not afraid. She told us exactly what to expect and what she was about to do. They both were very empathetic and compassionate towards us and our dog. Dr. Erica’s concern about our dog’s comfort was a bit of a surprise to me.
