They are wonderful. Penny was treated with care and dignity in our own home. I called when we couldn't get her in my car. They were out in a few hours. Very kind and compassionate people. Thank you for making a very difficult time a bit easier.
Dr Melinda was excellent when it came to our difficult decision of saying goodbye to our sweet 12 yr old Golden Logan. Our girls aged 11 & 13 were home that day, and she thoroughly explained to them "why" it was Logan's time, which they needed to hear from an expert. She allowed us lots of time to cuddle & snuggle with him beforehand, gently explained every step of the process, made paw impressions, and gave the girls choices about being present or not. Dr. Melinda made this experience exactly what I wanted for my old guy. It was peaceful and she was very reassuring and never once rushed me. The hand written card I received a week later was very sincere and just what I needed at the time. I also opted for separate cremation and was told it could take up to 4 weeks to receive my kitty back. It was back to my vet in less than a week, packaged beautifully. I highly recommend MN Pets-they made a really rough time for my family smoother.
Dr. Amanda Doran came into our home, befriended our dog, and made our Daisy feel totally comfortable. She made us at ease with the situation, gave us time to grieve, and explained everything that was going on. She was an angel. Everything was so professional, yet compassionate. Recommend to anyone!
The vet explained everything before doing it and gave us time. It really made a difference to be able to say goodbye and allow our baby to be in a calm comfortable environment surrounded with loved ones. Afterwards we could be together and grieve at home. We could cry and not feel like everyone in a waiting room could hear our personal experience. MN Pets made a horrendous situation that little bit more bearable. Dr. Jessica was kind, respectful and very tender with our dog. Crumpet was loved to the very end, and her passing at home was peaceful. It was all that we could hope for. Just today we received a very thoughtful card of condolence from MN Pets. If we are ever in that situation again, we wouldn't hesitate to call.
