MN Pets was professional and compassionate from the first phone call. I have a 15 year old cat that was very ill and I couldn’t bear the thought of dropping him curbside at a vet clinic during the pandemic and not being there with him when he passed. They came to my home and the vet was so sweet! He passed so peacefully. I will be forever grateful and will recommend MN Pets to anyone who needs them during their difficult time. We recently said goodbye to our 18 year old toy poodle “Scooter”. We are so pleased with all of the staff at MN Pets and in particular Dr. Meredith. During this time of social distancing she explained the whole process in a sincere and compassionate way. She allowed us to say our goodbyes and did not rush us in any way. The staff at MN Pets truly care and they go above and beyond to help you during such a difficult time. Dr Susan is absolutely amazing!! She is such a caring and sweet individual. She made the process of saying goodbye to a beloved pet the best it possibly could be.
From the moment I called MN Pets to schedule I felt completely supported. My old, and very sick dog, Cooper, was such a joy and it was heartbreaking to say good-bye. Thank You MN Pets for helping her take her last breath peacefully at home.
I can’t recommend MN Pets highly enough. When our wonderful but difficult boy Lucky finally took a bad turn, Dr. Diane was so gentle, non-judging and helpful. Thanks to MN Pets and Dr. Diane, Lucky was able to pass on in his favorite spot with the absolute minimum of stress. We truly couldn’t have helped him to move on in a more gentle way, and that is a source of solace for us as we work through our grief and loss.

MN Pets provided such help in the kindest way from first setting up the appointment, to the time we had to let Ellie go to heaven and then follow-up with a kind condolence card. Dr. Jessica made the process calming in the sunshine on our porch where our girl like to spend a lot of her time. I would recommend MN Pets for a peaceful goodbye.
