RecommendedDr. Meredith helped us say good bye to our sweet girl, Coco. She had her masked family close by, laying in the shining sun—her favorite place to be. We miss her so much but this experience gave us so much more peace especially in this time of COVID precautions. We also received a hand written note from Dr Meredith in the mail. It was so personal and showed that she took a special interest in Coco and what she loved. Thank you, MNPets for helping us through this very difficult time.
Our dear companion crossed over today. We can't say enough good things about Dr. Amanda, the staff who helped us schedule, answered questions and, of course the final process. We had plenty of time to grieve and pet and cry. Dr. Amanda talked us through the procedure and made sure we were comfortable proceeding with each stage. Ronnie responded to her and, as he does, made friends with her immediately. He was at peace, surrounded by those who loved him.
These people are very respectful and gentle with regard to your feelings and your pet. They are angels as evidenced in the mysterious rainbow that appeared in the photo of them putting our beloved dog into the car after she passed. I highly recommend this company for the dignity of your pet.
At a time when most vets won’t make a house visit, the kind vet from mnpets came to our home in Wisconsin, made us feel comfortable with the difficult decision and gently helped our old I’ll pet cross the rainbow in the comfort of his home/yard. Would definitely request their services, when needed, again
We lost our cat of 17 years about two months ago. Dr. Heather and MN Pets were everything we needed to help get us through the difficult process of saying goodbye. Even with COVID and their way of addressing it, we felt we were able to be there 100% of the way through. Empathetic and kind, they were patient with our good-byes, and we were given all of the time we needed. MN Pets had an extraordinary level of respect for our love of our dog as a family member and for her dignity. We couldn't have asked for a more peaceful end to her sweet gentle life.
As hard as this experience was MN Pets made it the best it possibly could be. Dr. Tali was amazingly comforting. For our sweet lab to pass away peacefully in her home surrounded by her entire family was worth every penny vs. going to the clinic.
