MNPets is the Best way to say goodbye to your fury family member. I would recommend them to anyone. So compassionate, gentle, caring and lets you say goodbye on your terms, when your ready. If you can ever really be ready for it. Dr Talia was awesome in a emotional situation. We were so happy to say goodbye in our home where our dog Chance was most happy in his space. Thank You

We just put our 13.5 yr old black lab down yesterday. To say our hearts are heartbroken is an understatement, but Dr. Rebecca Tollefson was just what we needed in a vet give the situation - it takes a special kind of person to do what they do. She was compassionate towards the entire situation (our children and other animals included!), patient, thorough and explained the process so well. She was so gentle with Blade who was the first to give us the title of "dog parents." We feel an emptiness and will manage through the "fi... read more

sorry but I asked a question about hospice care. and she sais were not doing it. I said ok, but I have some ?s I'd like to ask about hospice, sorry were not doing hospice. that right there to me means no COMPASSION. Here me and my family are stressed about out hospice boy I can even ask a ? about hospice, I dont need you people at my house. i can take care of my boy. but i find some one else to help me and my family

Business response:

Tony, I'm so sorry you're in this difficult situation with your sweet boy. I know it must be incredibly hard to watch him struggle. I know it's not easy to pick up the phone and call someone for help, and I'm sorry to hear we weren't able to answer your questions. Unfortunately, at this time, we are just not equipped to help pets with hospice care. I know that must have been incredibly frustrating to hear when you're just trying to get your boy some help. If you'd like, I can have a manager reach back out to you to discuss y... read more

We could not have asked for a better experience in sending our beloved Scooter off to the Rainbow Bridge. Everyone we communicated with was so understanding and compassionate. Dr. Jessica was incredible and so very caring. Explaining the process and giving us all the time we needed to be as ready as we could be. ❤️

Dr. Mary Lambert was absolutely amazing when she helped us say goodbye to our sweet girl. She explained everything she was doing and what was going to happen. She gave us time to say goodbye and she did not rush us at all. I just received a handwritten card in the mail from her and the MN Pets Support Team. Thank you for helping us get through this difficult time! 💔🐾😇

Last fall, I had to make the hardest decision a pet owner ever has to make. My Cassie had been diagnosed with cancer and she was fading fast. I called my vet but they couldn't get me in for a day or two. Cassie had been crying all day and I didn't want her to suffer. My vet recommended MN Pets to me, and Dr. Marissa came out that night. She was very supportive and understanding, and it meant so much that she was so gentle. Cassie's last moments were peaceful and calm, and she even had a little bed to tuck her in. I got her a... read more

They we very compassionate when we had to put our chihuahua Chico to sleep. The day after I got an email with grief support information & today a handwritten note in the mail. They allow you to love your dog in your home as they pass, so your beloved pet is surrounded by love instead of strangers.
