RecommendedMy Mother had a stroke over the holidays and I would like to particularly thank all the staff in the ED and her nurse Frances on the 6th floor neurotrauma unit. Knowing that you were all there for her and our family was amazing. I’m a retired nurse myself and I know the kind of dedication that is required to do this kind of work takes special people. Ridiculous now that payment plans are gone. Please go somewhere else if you can! They obviously no longer care about their patients
Mission did send a collection agency to demand $46.00 from me but they neglected to send a bill telling me I had a balance
While the ladies in the billing department are very nice, it’s pretty ridiculous that HCA no longer allows you to set up a payment plan. And good luck even getting a financial assistance application. I’ve requested one 3 times now.
