well let's start by saying our first hospital stay was awesome. only had one bad nurse but people have off days. today happens to be our second stay and it's only our first day here. this stay is not the best. I guess our hospitalist (doctor) got his degree from McDonald's cause he sure can't read the medicine list from earlier this month. I normally don't post reviews to much if it's negative but I just felt people needed to know what you have to go thru at times. When I had a procedure done here, everyone was amazing! Had numerous hospital stays in my life, best hospitals in Philadelphia. Mission topped all of these! Staff is great, kind, understanding! from the door guy to orderlies, registration staff, nurses, & doctors! All pros in my book!

Retired RN here. I just had a total knee replacement and my experience from SATU to pre-op, surgery, the orthopedic nursing unit through to discharge was wonderful! Everyone with whom I came in contact was very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, in fact, I felt like I was the center of attention! Every aspect of my procedure and care was explained thoroughly, pain was well controlled and I was ready for discharge. Thank you to the business office and clerical staff, lab techs, nurses, CNAs, OR perso... read more

My granddaughter woke up to 102.8 fever this morning so I did what a responsible parent would do. Gave her tylenol and sent her to urgent care at hospital. Her fever was down at the time so they cant take a parent's word that she WAS running a fever so its just a cold and if she starts running a fever bring her back.BS BS this is totally BS! By the time she got back home fever was almost back up to 102. This place is a joke
