RecommendedI recommend everything about mission, the people working as team members, docs, nurses, clerks, cook’s, (Everyone)everything was so clean. The patient response was fast even though they are overwhelmed with patients. I did notice a lot of patients were very rude and had no respect for those trying to help them. Sick is no reason for disrespecting those doing all they can. People expect so much for nothing, it’s so sad the way we are so ungrateful. Not bill for urgent care visits as out patient services and have a serious talk about attitude to the people in the billing department.
Since it has changed from a non-profit to a profit hospital the service has declined considerably. Communication between departments is mediocre at times. Food is disgusting, with no regard to dietary needs, like feeding heart patients salt and carb filled foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables are non existent. And lastly, discharge was lengthy due to lack of enough employees to handle the process. I feel for the overburdened employees just so the head company can make money.
BE BETTER!!!! File insurance claims correctly. Don't file them twice trying to get me to pay the same bill twice, then hang up on me multiple times when I am trying to talk to customer service. The when I call back, say that it is after hours and to call back during normal business hours, but my call is important to you, right?
Theirs emergency room, I’ve been here over 3 hours and still haven’t been seen. I’m in Stage 4 Renal failure with Hypertension 2 severe on 9 medication. I started having some severe pains in my lower back around where my kidneys are and in a lot of pain. I received a bunch of excuses why it’s taking so long. I only cane here because it was the closest hospital but I normally go to Advent Health where I’ve never waited longer then 20 minutes.
