Unexpected Sale! I went into the dealership late on a Saturday evening to show my wife the 2018 F-150. I did not intend to purchase at the moment, however the salesman David Flinn asked if they could give me top dollar for my trade (not present at the time) if I would be willing to take a look? Well they were generous with their offer on my site un-seen trade along with deep discounts we were able to put together a deal and I drove home a new 2018 F-150! - Rick Smith

Awesome buyer experience Tim listened to what I said I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. Friendly and professional. He was very informative on all the features of my new Escape. I Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle This dealership got me what I needed for a fair price with excellent customer service. The staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and ensure that my family left in a vehicle that made me feel safe at a price we could afford. Recent Vehicle Purchase at Miracle Ford Gallatin, TN I found the vehicle I wanted online and emailed the dealer, connecting with Chris in internet sales. Chris was super, very informative, timely and was giving me straight forward information via text. We made an appointment and I went in, purchased the vehicle and everything went extremely smooth and pain free. The Folks at Miracle are awesome!! What can I say, Miracle Ford lives up to its name! I had some negative equity in my prior vehicle, I knew whatever deal I made if any wasn’t going to be typical. Needless to say, I was kinda of nervous going in, but I really wanted out of my Nissan Frontier and be in a brand new F-150!
