Awesome Great experience and so easy Chris was personable and helpful and met all our expectations! Best experience buying a car probably ever! Sandra was in finance and did all our documents and she made that seamless and very helpful made sure we understood everything fully and let us know all our options. She was very delightful. Feels like a ma and pa shop I first dealt with Miracle Ford service because of a coupon. Everyone I met was extraordinarily nice and the price was no more than, actually less than a quick lube place. I have been hooked for three years now. Service rocks here! Today, 8*9*18 we bought a 2016 Explorer, sure there was some negotiation, but a good price was agreed on and we are pleased with sales. I have bought parts for my old LS and found the parts department very willing to go beyond to satisfy me there as well.

Made everything right Bought a 2018 mustang...black ...it was a beautiful car but it had a paint problem they took car back and made us a better deal on another mustang a better deal ...it was a rough road but they made sure we was 100% happy with the deal..our 1st sale person just wasn't that great he tried but just wasn't up to snuff with things...so we got a new sales person Chris Fitts he went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service possible...I left with a great deal and a brand new car with all the bells ... read more

Chris is awesome!! Went in on Tuesday to get some work done on current car and left with a new one. Was not expecting to buy a new car but they made it so easy and I am so happy I did!! Love the new car and Chris was so helpful with everything.
