Honest and friendly My sister was in Miracle Ford and was trading in a car for a new Escape. The New car sales manager, Joe Bateman was so friendly and helpful and me and my husband were in there with her and he wanted to look for a used car so Joe talked to the used car manager Chris Clouse and we found him really honest and helpful also he was so friendly and he put no pressure on us. Three weeks backlog Called the morning of Nov. 2, 2018, for a service appointment and was told the first available would be Nov. 21st. Scratch that new F150 I was planning on next summer.

Car buying made easy Excellent experience and great customer service. Chris Fitts did an excellent job following up and finding exactly what we were looking for. As a customer we would always like a lower price but we were treated fairly in a no pressure environment. We bought a car and weren't "sold" a car.

Highly Recommended C.R. Shock was very honest and straightforward with the details of my trade and fought to get me the best financing. I never felt pressured or uneasy about anything during the trade-in process. He was great to follow-up quickly with any questions I had after I left with the exact car that I came in for.
