Outstanding Josh Dorris was a wonderful salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in working with us. Very respectful when it came time for us to discuss things and decide what we wanted to do. When it came time for the signing of all the paperwork Sandra was very easy to work with and made a long day very rewarding in the end. Best experience we have had at a automobile dealership. I would definitely recommend Miracle Ford in Gallatin to family and friends.

Miracle Ford has changed and they're GREAT! On 6/19/19 I traded a 2015 F-150 and a 2008 Expedition for a new, 2019 Expedition Max. Everyone that I dealt with during the meeting, showing, test driving and actual buying process were just great! I would have to rank this vehicle's purchase process as the most enjoyable that I've experienced in my limited 48 years of buying vehicles.

Great time at ford we went to dealer on june 27 2019 and spoke with charlie piper he was great everyone in the place was wonderful. Easy new vehicle purchase Picked out the car we wanted online. I went in on a Wednesday and told them we would be back on Saturday to purchase the car. When we arrived on Saturday, they were expecting us and the whole transaction was relatively prompt.

Poor customer service I would give them less than one star if I could. Was left in the waiting room for four hours when my Jeep had been finished
