Bad business. Tried to file a false warranty claim 6 minutes ago-Edit I am very disappointed with the service that I received on my wife's 2017 Mustang GT convertible. On November 15th 2019, I stopped by to talk to a service writer about the issues that my wife was experiencing. The initial complaints were a groaning noise at highway speeds and the rear windows were not closing correctly. Exceptional Experience I am so pleased with my buying experience at Miracle Ford. The salesman (Chris Fitts) was the most knowledgeable Ford truck salesman I've ever meet. We worked over the phone to arrive at my package and I drove 125 miles to pick up the vehicle. I'm 65 years old...this was the best buying experience I've ever had. World class all the way.
