After a difficult time dealing with an unforeseen major mechanical breakdown on my 2010 F150 these two PROFESSIONALS stepped up, and got me the best deal on my trade, and found me EXACTLY what I was looking for in a new F150. My wife Teresa and I were interested in purchasing her a new vehicle. I had previously owned 4 F-150’s and the last was my favorite vehicle ever. Rude and poor service from managers After weeks of back and forth and "we'll call you back today" a part that I was told is covered under factory warranty would now cost me out of pocket, for a car thats pretty much brand new. Managers trying to tell me that the factory "bumper to bumper" warranty wont cover a part on the car.
