2nd car from Chris Went in to trade our 2018 mustang we bought from Chris for a suv ..he found us a 2017 Ford explorer platinum edition that was perfect and did the deal ......was quick and easy too.

Our buying experience seemed more like an ordeal. I first talked to Chris and later given to KJ as our sales person. It seemed like KJ didn't know a lot about the F-150 Limited and tried to B.S. me. The sales staff"s performance was marginal. The most efficient person in the dealership was Sandra Jones. She saw that I was having problems with the purchase of a tonneau cover and helped me buy the one I wanted. I think in total, my wife and I spent about 7 hours over two days buying our truck. Great Experience - What a NICE group of people!! I found the exact used vehicle I was looking for at this dealership - I worked with Charlie, told him my budget over the phone and he made it happen. Went that evening, test drove the vehicle and bought it on the spot. Charlie was awesome - nice guy and got me in the car I wanted with what I had to spend. Special shoutout to SANDRA in the finance department.... she's a hoot, love her!

Super fast and courteous Chris Fitts is a very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable salesman who made our experience of buying a used car awesome!!
