Outstanding dealership, excellent staff We highly recommend Miracle Ford & Christopher Flitts to anyone searching to buy a new or used vehicle. The entire buying process was easy as could be. We live 3.5 hours away from the dealership & communicated through email , text , & over the phone the entire deal before making the trip to pick up the vehicle. Best car buying experience ever! I had inquired about a car online and was contacted via email the next day. It was over a week before I contacted the salesman, Gator Smith, back and I was not hounded by him during that time. I sent him some questions about the car, after hours, and we corresponded up till midnight and resumed first thing in the morning even though it was his day off. Ford Escape Transmission repair I bought my vehicle at a different dealership. Since I bought it, the vehicle had significant transmission problems that the dealership refused to acknowledge. Upon bringing my vehicle to Miracle Ford, they immediately knew the problem and did everything they could to make it right. I will be returning for all of my service needs.

Easiest deal ever I talked to gator in the phone for 10 ministers or so about a new work van. Within minutes he had called me back and told me he had a van in my price and would be ready for me to come get it. After just having surgery gator offered to just deliver the van right to my back door and all I had to do was sign papers!!!! Awesome job

Low pressure and direct answers. I came in mostly to look around and survey the prices on new trucks. There are about ten dealerships near Hendersonville, so I thought I would just get some prices and survey the inventory. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, and these folks made it happen. Although I didn’t expect to buy anything when I went to the lot, I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Great Customer Service The employees at Miracle Ford made purchasing a vehicle easy without the sales pitches and playbooks you see at other dealerships. They were friendly, upfront and honest about what they could do to match the price I was looking for that I didn't get at other dealerships I visited. Ken Johnson was great to work with and I appreciate everyone else that helped me at the dealership while I was there.
