My car buying experience! Jim Morgan and C.R. Shock helped me to pick out the perfect vechical for our family! They both were so nice honest and acmodating! We were their last customers for the day and they still were patient with our decision making as to what vechical to purchase. Let's face it ladies we change our mind a lot! We purchased a 2016 Ford Escape and we love it! If you are looking to purchase a vechical please ask to see one of these to gentlemen! I promise you won't be disappointed!

Chevy Tahoe at a Ford Dealership? Not being from the Nashville area, I had been to a few different dealers this particular day searching for a used Tahoe with fairly low mileage , last stop on the vehicles I found online was Miracle Ford. Charlie walked up and shook my hand, it was probably not the easiest situation as I was tired and frustrated from a long day of looking at many other vehicles, I’m sure he could tell. I buy New truck every couple years. Best experience ever!!! My Name is Shane I dealt with Chase and he was a great low pressure but went too bat for me salesperson. Ended up Having the GM Coach was his name handle the rest NO BULL NO GIMMICKS BY FAR BEST MANAGEMENT ANYWHERE. I Felt like after over 15 car purchases new other places.... Buying my New 2017 Ford F-150 was absolutely the best new car experience I've ever had. Owner even thanked me HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIRACLE FORD AND STAFF.

Great friendly place , knowledgeable staff! Easy buying/purchasing process. Lots of selection. My salesperson, C. R. Shock, was and is the greatest! He answered all of my questions at the time of purchase and any I have had after my purchase was complete, for example when I didn't know how to turn on my fog lights.
