Ask for John James John was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and so patient while we looked at nearly ever f150 on the lot. We feel like we got a good deal and let be our new truck.

Servicing of my Lincoln I am the owner of a Lincoln MKC, and Wayne Hill and the entire Service Staff takes superior care of me and my Lincoln. There is no Lincoln dealership anywhere close to Gallatin, but even if there was, I would still use Miracle Ford only. Great experience Was a wonderful experience. The car I wanted to see was out on loan, and Mike told me he would call as soon as it was back in, since it was back anytime. When he called back we went in and he had car up front and us to look at and test drive. Working with Mike and Sandra was great. They were friendly and helpful through the whole experience. Great car buying experience! We had to drive almost 2 hours to see the car we were interested in and after speaking with Jennifer at the dealership we felt very comfortable that the car was as advertised. We had been to 2 previous dealers and that was not the case. Upon arrival we spoke with a salesman and he had the car brought up and we took a test drive. Great Experience We were looking for a newer Explorer, after finding one we were interested in online I then contacted Bryan at Miracle Ford. We worked out the deal prior to our visit.
