Fair & Honest I calculated the sales tax incorrectly when making an offer. They offered additional vehicle protection in lieu of my error. When the error was explained, I rescinded my previous offer. We came to a mutually agreeable price and closed the deal! They could have just taken my initial offer and kept the money. That kind of honesty is unexpected and refreshing. I am very please with my experience and my salesman, Chase Rennie.

A Great First Experience with the Service Department! I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back. First Time Buyer-Excellent I received impeccable customer service at Miracle Ford. Very Accommodating I started my search for a new "Used" Pickup over the weekend searching the internet. After using the Car Buying Service through USAA, I was contacted by Josh (Strain).
