Bought two 2018 Ford Escape Charlie , Jay Morgan and Sandra all worked together very hard to get myself a good deal on my trade in with today's fuel prices I'm glad that I traded from v8 Nissan that only got 16 to 18 mpg for a 2018 Ford escape that I'm averaging 31 mpg with a 44 mile round trip for work this makes a big difference , I actually bought two new Ford escapes

Awesome help in buying new vehicle Went above and beyond my expectations. Had in mind what I wanted and Chris Fitts spent a great amount of time finding the match vehicle. Online putchase I made an offer. They called back and accepted. I drove from Mcminnville to Gallatin, test drove the car and it was just as Charlie Piper told me. I paid for it and was out the door within an hour

Went out of their way to accommodate my family needs. I purchased a truck site unseen online, was very nervous about the situation but Charlie Piper did everything in his power to make it as smooth and comfortable for me as could be. When my daughter got sick and we had to change plans they accommodated so that I could still get the truck I wanted but my wife didn't have to leave home, as i live 2 hours away.
Wonderful Chris was very patient with us An helped us get what we needed fast in a very very hard time of need.. he’s a ppl person An very respectable.. he took time that he didn’t have too.. didn’t push us for a sale.. didn’t hound us.. he was a god send
