I have purchased five vehicles from Mile High and from Erik Traeber and all have been top notch. I have recommended Mile High to a number of friends and they have been very satisfied. I currently drive an MDX and my wife and one son drives a Honda. We are very satisfied with our treatment.

The whole process of bringing a vehicle in for service is somewhat painless from start to finish: The service people are friendly and helpful, a loaner is available, they provide accurate estimates and the service is generally completed earlier than expected. But more than that I feel that I am treated with respect and that they value my business.

This was unequivocally the BEST experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle! Matt was the most knowledgeable person ever. Mark Jarvis, service consultant, is the major reason for my consistently outstanding experience at Mile High Acura over the past five years. I have just completed my 98,000 mile service call and have never had a bad experience. Mark always pays attention to detail and his integrity is unquestioned. He has my full confidence...when Mark says I need something, I get it done and have never been disappointed. Mark is the reason I will buy my next car from Mile High!

I made the switch to Mile High Acura from Courtesy Acura and have had the BEST experience at Mile High (unlike Courtesy). Mark Jarvis has always been my service consultant and he has accommodated my needs on every occasion. This past visit, I needed an oil change and didn't have an appointment. I have dealt with this dealership because I used a broker in the past and decided to use the dealership that serviced my car. I was given a deal that was equal to that of a broker and was satisfied. Because I was given such a positive experience from the service department I wished to keep everything in one place. Mr. Traeber was easy to deal with and made the lease and purchase a very pleasant and satisfactory experience.

I had a very good experience dealing with Erik Traeber at Mile High Acura. I'm from out of state (Wyoming) and Erik was kind enough to pick me up from DIA when I flew into Denver Saturday morning. We had friendly conversation on the car ride to the dealership, and the process of getting me into the vehicle went very smoothly. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for quality customer service and ease of purchasing a new vehicle.

The salesman we worked with was very knowledgable, friendly and thorough. He was not one of these old school, hard core salespeople who were uninformed about the details and the inner workings of the cars that they sold. He made multiple cars availble to me to test drive. And when we finally purchased the car of our choice, he spent an hour getting it prepped, going over the features of the car, and setting up all of our personal settings. He even took our picture with the car and emailed it to us!
