We own a 2004 Acura MDX (purchased new)and have had all owner manual recommended services performed at Mile High Acura. In all these years I don't recall any service issue arising with our MDX in between those recommended services (as an aside, we are so happy with our MDX, we have decided all our future auto purchases will be Acuras--and, yes, we will utilize Mile High Acura for service). Mark and others at Customer service for MDX repair are great. They are friendly and they explain car issues and make recommendations. Mark also follows up extremely well. Since we live in Pennsylvania and only come to Colorado to our vacation home several times a year, where we keep our MDX, it is very important to us that we have someone like Mark we can rely on. I have dealt with Mark for 11 years and everytime i take the TL in for service Mark is always so friendly and so nice to talk with that i look forward to taking the car in for service. I could not ask for a better service advisor. Mark is the best one of all the dealers i have used.

I am very pleased with Mile High Acura. I find all the people I have dealt with over my 25+ years years to have been top draw - they are honest, responsive, respectful and very friendly. The quality of work for my service requirements has always been excellent. I greatly appreciate the TLC treatment from providing another Acura car to drive if I need one to washing my car when they complete their work. I was stationed in Denver for a year and took my car for service to Mile High Acura. There I was surprised to see the friendliest Car Dealership I have seen in my life. This was due to the staff, more specifically Mark Jarvis. Mark was a technical expert, and a genuinely good guy. Mark and Mile High made all my vehicle service quick and painless.

Mark is always friendly and ready to assist with scheduling service. A loner is ready for me when I arrive along with the paperwork for me to sigh. Mark alway calls me with updates (everyday) for as long as they have my car, he always makes me feel like I'm important. I appreciate the friendly staff and personal service I receive from Mile High Acura. I live in Arvada and drive all the way to Parker practically just because of the quality of service I get for Mark...

We have utilized this Service Department for over 18 years. We have found the employees always customer oriented and very business like in our dealings. They have always answered our questions and provide the best quality service in the Denver metro area.

I just had my Acura MDX serviced at Mile High Acura this past Friday. Mile High's service department is excellent in both work performed and customer service. Mark Jarvis is the Service Consultant I usually work with at this dealership. Mark and Mile High have consistently gone above and beyond normal customer service by making a loaner car available when I need it, meeting me after hours for drop off and pick up and accurately estimating time and cost associated with the vehicle's service.

From day one when I entered Mile High dealership, I was impressed with everyone there. My first car was bought in 1990 and I decided to buy my next car in 2005 only due to THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT in town. Dave Pompo (I think that is his last name) was amazing when he was there and then..... came along Mark Javis, who till today takes care of me as if I was part of the family.
