Straight shooters, friendly, courteous.Been going to Mile High for over20 years,find them to be honest,helpful. I have not purchased a new Acura since 2002, because Acura did not keep up with the luxury car market. Their R/L model does not have the features that comparable Lexus and Cadillac models have.

My service rep is Mark Jarvis and he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Recently, I had a problem with my MDX not starting and it was the end of the day. Not only did he guide me through getting it towed over and repaired, he arranged for a loaner car on a moment's notice that allowed me to make a critical meeting the next morning. It was above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciated it greatly.

Great dealership with friendly and quick customer service. They send me reminders, I call and often get an appointment the next day, they pick drop me off at work, then pick me up and I get my car - service completed and even vacuumed and washed. I trust these guys!

Mark Jarvis has been my contact of choice at Mile High Acura for years because he is easy to talk to, listens well and makes stuff happen. Mark has always exceeded expectations for repairs to the four Acuras I have purchased through Mile High. He has bent over backwards to insure that my needs were met, even in emergency situations. Mark Jarvis is a big reason I buy at Mile High!

I have owned an Acura since 2002 and had a pleasant experience purchasing both vehicles. However, my much more extensive experience with Mile Hi Acura, Denver, Colorado was with the Service Department. And, in that Department, found myself more and more seeking to work with Mark Jarvis one of the Service Managers. Great service! Friendly, helpful and timely. Came in for a the B1 service on my RDX which does a vehicle inspection. The minute they found out I needed new front brake pads, rear brake pads and fluid, they got me into a rental car on my way so I wouldn't be sitting there any longer. Great work!

Mark Jarvis has been one of the very best service advisors that I have ever worked with. And, I have had quite a few over the years. Mile High Acura's service work has always been efficient, completed right the first time, and reasonably priced. Keep up the good work.

Mark and the rest of the staff in the service center always made me feel like I was the only person they were helping. They made sure I was well cared for and informed at every step of the process. They also did their best to make sure that I was told ahead of time about costs and they tried to keep my costs down.
