Great service! I am very impressed by his knowledge, sincerity, and cute smile. He also provided all the important information that is essential to my situation at that point of time. Most importantly, he tried his best to help me out and keep me informed of currently progress. He made me really felt comfortable and confident with my purchase/decision. Mark Jarvis exemplifies good service. I am always confident that the work I need will be done well and the price will be appropriate. Keeping my car running well is the objective clearly shared by the staff at Mile High. Mark Jarvis goes out of his way to respond to questions, no matter how many times I have asked them before, and to make sure that any possible issues with my car are resolved before they become issues. I have recommended Mile High and Mark to friends. Their experience has been the same as mine.

Mark takes care of me. Whenever I call he finds a way to get me in even if the schedule is full, he is friendly, makes sure the work is done correctly and gives me good advice on repair alternatives. The service I receive on my cars is the primary reason I keep coming back to Mile High Acura.

I originally purchased a car from Erik several years ago, in fact, the car just before this one. So, I have purchased two car, in succession from Erik at this dealership. I found him to be honest and caring, and even though he knew I was shopping around, he was very diligent in his follow up and follow through. I have always been impressed with Mile High Acura. This is where I bought my Acura and that experience could have been more pleasant. Never the less, I continue to have my car serviced there because I trust the work will be done correctly and quickly. I do want to comment on one of the employees. When I schedule my car for service I always call Mark Jarvis. He is knowledgable and professional but most importantly I trust him. He is an excelent example of what customer service should be. My first experience when I walked into this dealer was horrible. However, my second visit made me change my opinion. It was a great pleasure working with Eric. I have bought two cars and love dealing with him. Great customer service. He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing to purchase a car.
