This was my very first independent car purchase and the level of professionalism and ease of the transaction suprised me. As I live in Vail and am not able to personally visit the dealership, our sales representative, Matthew Heintz sent detailed reports on vehicles that met our specifications. Matthew Heintz did a great job and was very helpful. I was moving in from out of town and bought the car over the phone and internet with Matthew. He even drove to my house and brought me to the dealer so I could finalize the deal and pick up my car. Great Service.

We have been customers of Mile High Acura for so long, I don't even recall when we first became Acura owners. Mark Jarvis has been the BEST! His customer service is excellent! I've been working with this dealership for more than 7 years, and have never had a bad experience. Mark Jarvis is my specific service representative, and has outstanding customer service skills that are mimicked by all other Mile High Acura service representative's. I live approximately 15 miles away from Pikes Peak Acura, but choose to drive 90 miles north for service at Mile High Acura. Mathew was very helpful and friendly. He took a great Mathew was very helpful and friendly. He took a great deal of time with my sister and I Buying a car can be overwhelming but it was not. When I brought my car home, I had more questions and matt answered them immediately. He also spent a lot of time going over the inner workings of the vehicle.

I purchased my first new car with Erik. I had done some shopping around and was put off by all the hard-sell salespeople out there. Being a single girl I had a lot of questions and was worried about being taken advantage of. Erik was very patient with all my questions and I never felt like he was giving me the run-around. I would recommend Erik...and HAVE!!

I had to replace a car which was a total loss in an accident. I met Matt Heintz on the sales floor and his assistance was invaluable in identifying a car which met my price and quality expectations. I was not previously in the market for a car so he worked to advise me about what I might expect to find in the used car market for a late model, low mileage TL. Even though I was not happy about replacing my older Acura TL, the experience was, in every material respect, positive.
