Mark is one of the most consistently friendly, Honest, courteous, employees I have had the pleasure to deal with. Mark goes above and beyond the normal customer service to ensure you are satisfied. You should be proud of Mark, he is the reason I bring my vehicles to Mile high Acura.

Mile High Acura has always been a great dealership to do business with. I just bought my third vehicle from this facility. Part of the reason I purchase Acura vehicles is because of the great service I get from Mile High Acura. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Can't say enough about them. Friendly, and just as importantly, candid. They didn't overpromise and underdeliver--Simply told me what they could do, then did what they promised. Example: I put a deposit down on a car and when the car came in, demand had really spiked on the model--They in all reality could have sold the car to someone else for more money, or raised the price-- but they didn't play games and honored the original offer. I bought a new Acura MDX in 2005. I loved the car and always had positive experiences at the dealership so when it was time for a new car I headed back to Mile High Acura. Mathew Heintz was my salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He spent several hours with me on the day I picked up the car- helping install the phone and showing me all the details of my new car, most especially the navigation system. I know that I can call on him with any questions and at anytime.

I have been getting my 1994 Acura Legend serviced at Mile High for approx 13yrs. During that time I've dealt almost exclusively with Mark Jarvis. I can't say enough about his professionalism, his wonderful personality and his great knowledge for the job. I've sent many United Airline friends as well as my other friends to Mile High service center for their Acura repairs due to the fantastic and honest service I've received from Mark and the others there at Mile High. I am very happy with my RL and the sales experience provided by Randy. I would buy from him, and this dealership,in the future. The entire process was straight forward, with no surprises...the way things should be but often are not. I am a well prepared buyer, and do not need nor want the normal sales fluff nor the hard sell, so I was quite happy with Randy's work.

Mark seems to have great knowledge about my car. He has a geniune desire to want me to be happy with the service. He's been out of town a few times during my servicing and has taken measures to make sure work is done properly. He follows up every time and even checks in to make sure my car is running smoothly. I've been to many other dealerships and never had this level of service.

My family and I have been going to Mile High Acura for over 10 years due to the outstanding customer service we receive from the service staff. My family has purchased cars from Mile High Acura for more than 25 years because of their commitment to service before, during and especially after the sale. Mark Jarvis of the service department is particularly excellent, but each and every employee I've ever dealt with has been kind, courteous and professional.
