Markk Jarvis is the best Service Consultant in Denver. I have been with Mark for 7 years He is always very knowledgeable, patient (even when he is very busy) and thorough in every respect. He explains everything and I always leave with a good feeling knowing that everything that needed to be done has been done right. Even if I am in a hurry to leave, he always takes the time to explain all that has been accomplished.
I own a 2006 TL and have used Mile High and Mark specifically for over a year and I could not be happier. I am treated well every time. I feel like I am a valued customer no matter what I come in for. I felt the pricing for the work was done was very fair. And I trust the technicians since they work predominantly on Acuras. The entire team is great, I plan to go back again and I would confidently recommend Mile High.
I have owned three Acura's now and have always felt welcomed and taken care of at the dealership in Aurora. It is nice to see the same faces year after year. Mark Jarvis, in particular, always has a smile on his face and is quick to take care of any issues you may have. It is always a pleasure dealing with him.
Service staff, particularly, Mark Jarvis has intimate knowledge of Acuras. Staff always accomodating and friendly. Appointments suggested, but work and completion time are as promised. Loaner car provided. Shuttle service to home/work provided. Additional work only done w/ your knowledge and confirmation. Clean waiting area that is well stocked with refreshments and snacks. Prices are higher than from an independent garage but dealership uses original Acura parts that are pricier than aftermarket or remanufactured parts.
Erik did an amazing job. Based on my wants and needs he fit me in the most practical car (Acura MDX) and also worked with me to get me at the right price point. He made my buying experience enjoyable, unlike many other less than desireable, daunting car purchases in the past. I will definitely return to Mile High Acura for my next purchase and look forward to working with Erik again in the future.
Love working with Don. He always helps us out and is very courteous and polite. We have been in several times to have items fixed that are covered by the warranty and everything has been taken care of, no questions asked. This is my first Acura and so far very pleased. The times that we've had to loop in Don's manager, he has been helpful as well.
Had my MDX serviced 2-3 weeks ago. I also had a defect battery a week ago. Unbeatable 5 star service all the way! The regular service was done on time while I waited. When my car battery went, a tow truck picked up the car at the time that was promised and took it to Mile High. I notified Mark, who kept me in the loop all the way made sure it got fixed painlessly and effortlessly. My family and I have been doing business with Mile High Acura and Erik Traeber in particular for more than a decade now. I have personally just recently purchased my third car with Erik Traeber's help. I dont think many people can describe car buying as a pleasant experience, but at Mile High Acura it always has been.
