Daniel was a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I were never pressured. They allowed us to test drive a few cars. We took a few weeks to make a decision. Daniel explained everything and periodically checked in with us. We purchased two vehicles from Daniel and the whole pick-up process was quick and smooth.
Love that I can just walk in and receive kind efficient and professional service. I also like that I'm not pushed to get expensive repairs. Mr. Budden is a special advisor who made me feel good about my 16 year old car, complimented me for my care of it. Someone scraped it while parking and I pointed it out to Mr. Budden just in passing and he buffed it out for me--that was epic for me!
Eugene was excellent with customer interface and follow through during the whole process. I drove 230 miles from Vermont to have my high mileage 2019 RDX serviced and it was worth it.
