My Acura TL is an outstanding car combining performance, technology and dependability. Now I have discovered Mark Jarvis at Mile High Acura and his white glove customer service that is reminiscent of Nordstrom. Mark ALWAYS provides great service and knows the history of my car so that all service issues are handled from my perspective. I trust Mark and usually follow his advice. Matt was great to work with. Took care of my needs and made the purchase easy. Would definitely recommend him to others. Have also used the service department here and so far they have also taken care of my needs. Had a few hiccups, but always addressed and taken care of as needed.

Matt is the best sales person I ever had..He is very patient and friendly. Mile High Acura is also a great dealership, I bought two cars from it, and I love both of them. The auto service is also awesome, I just moved to Ithaca, there is no Acura dealer here in town, and I drove to Syracuse, NY once, I think Mile High Acura is much better and considerable and patient

Charlie went above and beyond for me AND finished everything early. I had a hard time pricing out some body work and mentioned it to Charlie, he called a guy in who did the work on site--saved me time and was the lowest estimate I got. Great experience, you have a returning customer!

My experience with Matthew Heintz at Mile High Acura was a great one! I was looking to purchase a pre-owned Acura TL and had very specific terms in mind that would work for me. Matthew was nothing but patient and hard-working to find me a great deal on exactly what I was looking for. I have purchased a number of Acuras from Erik, including several TLs and an MDX. He has always worked very hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. He is also one of the most diligent and knowledgeable sales people I have worked with at any dealership. Erik really strives to get the customer what they want.
