I came in for a filter and oil change service. I was offered coffee, water and snacks in the waiting room. Casey Irvine showed me the Accelerated Service Checklist and explained the condition of the tires, oil and filters. Everyone was courteous and I was able to leave within an hour of my arrival with a complimentary car wash!

Curtis was very pleasant, helpful, and listened to my needs. He followed up with me afterwards and continues to do so. I like having that connection in the third year now. I would definitely go back to him when I am ready for my next vehicle. He is quite an asset to the dealership.

We were treated fairly and with respect and no pressure. We've bought two other vehicles at this dealership and through the same salespeople. We know the quality of the experience and are able to have a professional conversation around purchasing a new vehicle.

I purchased my RDX in December so this was the first time that i had the need to visit the service department. I had spoken with Mark Jarvis, from Arizona, by phone in January,. The right fog light had been broken on my trip to Arizona. I was not comfortable going to a dealership with which I was not familiar. Mark assured me that since Arizona had no snow, ice, and little rain it would be safe for me to wait until I returned to Colorado to have the light repaired. Eric is great to work with. He knows his product, the competators products, his dealership and those of others and presents all this to the customer so that the customer makes a great choice. He worked hard to get the best price and exact model we wanted. On delivery, he demonstrated the vehicle (2 MDX purchases) inside and out and so complete that we had no questions. As we returned for service he would greet us and see if he could be of service. We will work with him again.

Casey was great. I was 40 minutes late for my oil change appointment and he was still able to change the oil, check the car out and wash it in less than one hour. That is the shortest amount of time I have ever waited. I have been using this dealership for over 16 years. Two different Acura cars. I love the new speedy service available for just oil changes. This is great!!!

Matt is extremely knowledgeable and worked with us in an open and honest manner. He provided leasing and purchase options that were clear and easily understandable and ensured we were comfortable with our options. He met all our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Erik is excellent! His follow through was very professional. In the past I have not enjoyed purchasing cars from local dealers. That was not the case with Erik. Erik made the experience flawless. I would buy another Acura product from Mile High JUST becauseI like Erik! Recently I had to contact this dealership for some past paper work needed. I called Erik and he was once again extremely accommodating with my request. And.... he fulfilled my request in a matter of a few hours!

We love Matt- so much that our family has purchased 5 cars through him. Two new, and 3 used. We don't even go anywhere else. We know who we will be going to see whe we have to purchase another car. Matt is very courteous and friendly. He is knowlegable in the product he sells, and always gives us the best deal possible. Way to go Matt !!!!
