Eric has a customer first attitude!!! Great personality, product knowledge and service. His contact with a customer continues well after the purchase. We appreciate his efforts and commitment. The service provided has alway been a positive experience. Mark Jarvis has always been very helpful in getting my service scheduled and is an excellent representative for Mile High Acura. The waiting is area is always clean and well stocked with water and coffee. I couldn't be happier with Mile High Acura.

I will buy and service my next Acura at this dealership mainly because of the service I receive everytime I bring my car in. Mark Jarvis is AWESOME!! He is thoughtful, helpful, efficient, NICE, courteous, knowledgeable...I could go on and on. He's the best!!!

We have been going to see Mark Jarvis at Mile High Acura for the past 6+ years. We now live an hour away from Denver in Colorado Springs, but make the drive to Mile High for all of the service on both of our Acuras, everything from oil changes to tires and recently suspension work. The drive is completely worth it for the service we get. I am greeted and taken care of with a smile and great attitude. I know I can rely on competent and solid service. I drive a 10 year old MDX and hope to be driving it even after I purchase its replacement in the future. Mile High Acura know me and my vehicle and has earned my loyalty.

Mark has been my service agent for many years;he gives the best service I have every had! He is always looking out for what needs to be done and in the most efficient way. Steve is also fantastic and worked through issues I had a few years ago after a repair was done and they never doubted my issues and finally figured it out!
