Great service. Superior friendliness. Mark is very friendly, always follows through with me. He always recognizes me immediately, tells me what I need before I need it, is very timely, and knows my car very well so I have complete trust in him. I definitely buy another Acura.
Whenever I bring in my vehicle for service Mark Jarvis has always made it a pleasant experience. He is always professional and helpful with clear explanations about the problem and the needed repair. Always recieved best quality and service from Mark Jarvis.
The reasons I continue to be an Acura owner are twofold - one is the quality of the vehicle - I love my Acura! The other is the way Mark Jarvis and the rest of the service team take care of me and my vehicle. When I bought my MDX in 2007 I did look at other SUV's but I just could not imagine no longer having the service experience that I get with Mile High. They are friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to work with my schedule. They are an awesome group!
My wife and I have been very happy with our contact with the service department at Mile High Acura and Mark Jarvis in particular. He treats you as family and always makes you feel welcome. He goes out of his way to understand any problems you are having if any, with your vehicle and takes care of them. You never have to worry about having work done that does not need to be done. We really enjoy our experience at the dealership.
I had an issue with the fan for my heater in my MDX. I was getting a loud noise coming from the fan everytime I turned on the air conditioner or heater. A few days earlier I had the windshield replaced by a local glass vendor and began to notice this noise immediately. I took the car back to the glass vendor and they were not able to locate the cause of the noise. very friendly and knowledgable staff. Comfortable waiting area in service department which includes snackas and several beverage choice. The Starbucks coffee is certainly a plus. I always get the exact date and time requested to fit my schedule. Ordering special parts is very easy, as my service advisor, Mark Jarvis, handles it for me. We have had the pleasure of working with Mark Jarvis in the service department, for several years - he is honest, dependable, and very knowledgeable. My appointment always starts on time and he gives me accurate estimates of how long they will take. Mile High is a great dealership.
I've been bringing my cars to Mile High Acura for service since I moved to Denver 13 years ago. I've never experienced such high-quality service or trustworthy service providers like those at Mile High. In fact, I purposely sought out a pre-owned Acura after my first was stolen so I could continue to rely on Mark and the rest of the staff to handle all my service needs without giving it a second thought. To me, that's the real luxury of owning an Acura!
I just bought an Acura MDX 2011 from Mile High Acura last week. The whole process was smooth and wonderful. Matt Heintz helped me throughout the process. The vehicle is great and meets all my expectations. Overall I want to say that the service was excellent and Matt was very nice and friendly.
