FYI - Evertime that I come in to the service department I am greeted with a smile by everyone. Mark has provided excellent customer service to us and understands what are needs are. He has taken the time to explain everthing in detail. We are very glad that we have chosen Mile High for our service needs.

Mark has is a professional, whenever I need assistance, I always look for him. If he is with another customer or on the phone he has a way of acknowledging you while still giving the person he is helping his undivided attention. I have always appreciated how in a few minutes you are his next priority and your concerns are his highest priority. He takes the time to explain what is needed or why the repairs are necessary. He will follow up with a phone call updating you on the status of your repair and has stayed late to help ... read more

You know you are dealing with a person of intergty when dealing with Mark.. He is the only reason IP do business with Mile High. You have a value employee with Mark. My husband and I feel that we can trust Mark Jarvis's opinion, when we come in with any problem. He is an honest man, with high standards. He has taken care of us and our cars for almost 20 years. When I leave my car, it's like leaving my baby, I trust Mark with my baby. Gaylon and Linny Wamble

I bought my Legend from Mile High Acura and have used them for service almost exclusively for the past 16 years. The service is superior. Mark Jarvis and his colleagues care about their customers! The estimates are reliable, the communication is excellent, the work is top-notch. A fair, helpful and friendly environment.

Every time Mark has help me, I have been pleased. His knowledge about the Acura products is outstanding. I feel he balances the needs of the customers with the dealership ability to service the customer. When I have had a problem, Mark found a solution that worked for me.

All of the employees are friendly and helpful. We really like working with Mark - he knows our cars and is very accommodating. He has found us loaners when we weren't scheduled for one. He gets back to us in a timely manner to let us know the extent of the work and price before they begin work. We have 3 Acura's and love them. Customer service is very important to us and Mark is among the best.

I have worked with Mark Jarvis at Mile Hi Acura for over 20 years -- he is a true professional in every sense of the word. I strongly recommend Mark and Mile Hi to anyone. I have never had any experience with Mark and Mile Hi that was not fully satisfactory.

I have worked with the team at Mile High Acura since 1993, shortly after I had purchased a new Vigor from an Acura dealership in Kansas City before I moved to Denver. Mark Jarvis was the first contact I ever made at Mile High, and in the 18 years (!) that have passed since, he has always made sure that my vehicles left the service department fully functioning and in tip-top shape for my safety & that of my son.
