Dr. Kilgore did hip replacement surgery on me almost 18 years ago, and my hip has worked perfectly since then. I've had 2 trigger finger surgeries with Rothberg. He's never been less than 1 hour late for every appt. Recently, I started suffering significant pain in the hand he operated on. I left a message on the patient portal and got no response after a week. Left a voicemail which 3 days later had not been returned. One of his staff told me, 'Don't use the portal. We never look at it.'
Dr. Rothberg was a good listener. He diagnosed my condition and offered a specific plan of action to move forward.
