Dr Kilgore and the entire staff were wonderful! Caring and kind from beginning to end. This is the best experience you can have while having surgery, and I would highly recommend everyone.

The office was very busy and a bit behind schedule. The providers were attentive and punctual, however.
Due to the doctor running over an hour late, and with no feedback or explanation or apologies from the staff, my time with the doctor was actually extraordinarily brief. And then the PA was sent in to finish my exam. I was also told to arrive one half hour early even though I had completed the paperwork online. There was no additional paperwork for me to fill out, so due to the delay of over an hour on appointment times, I spent an additional thirty minutes sitting in the office and that was absolutely unnecessary. This Practice is very orderly structured. This was my first visit and I am completely satisfied with the entire staff from checking in meeting the medical assistants and Dr. Rothberg to checking out and scheduling my next visit. I didn't have to wait and was called back at my exact appointment time. They have equipment on site so you don't have to leave and go elsewhere for X-rays. I highly recommend Dr. Rothberg and this Team.
