Had a great visit with Chris. Never saw Dr Kilgore.
Quick check in and x-ray process. Visit was informative and helpful.
Excellent conservative treatment, led to optimum result.
I waited 1 hr 38 min and did not see Dr Rothberg. I was about to leave when the PA said he would see me immediately. Very upset. No visit fro any one during the wait. Kudos to the PA.
Check up on knee replacement surgery. I was in and out of this office in an hour for this appointment.
Dr Kilgore spent quality time with me concerning knee replacement.He was thorough and answered all my questions . He explained what would happen during the procedure very well.Scheduled a date.Whole staff including Dr Kilgore were very nice and attentive.
Saw this doctor for a broken arm. He was rude and arrogant. When I tried to ask questions, he rolled his eyes as if annoyed. He stayed a few minutes and left suddenly without even saying goodbye. Needless to say, I will not come back to see him. The only helpful person was the young man who placed my new cast. He could at least answer some of my questions.
Everyone was very professional. I was in the waiting room for only a few minutes before I was brought to meet with Dr. Rothebergs’ PA, Christopher D’Astous, who was very efficient. In know time at all I saw Dr. Rotheberg who explained everything thoroughly to me and made me feel very much at ease. I’m grateful to have received a referral for him.
Dr Kilgore is an extremely competent orthopedic surgern who looks for other options before surgery. He is compassionate and explains and includes his patients in the plan for their recovery
